Handcrafted in small batches at the Basque Country’s oldest distillery, Manuel Vermouth by The Grape People is the aperitif you need, either neat over ice, or in your favourite cocktail. The Rojo is infused with 30 botanicals - including wormwood, vanilla, cinnamon and various citrus zests - to make a perfectly balanced red vermouth with a bitter touch. The Extra Dry white Vermouth is inspired by the flavours of Basque pickled Guindillas. It’s savoury, salty-sour and refreshing.
