The Rojo is infused with 30 botanicals - including wormwood, vanilla, cinnamon and various citrus zests - to make a perfectly balanced red vermouth with a bitter touch. The Extra Dry white Vermouth is inspired by the flavours of Basque pickled Guindillas. It’s savoury, salty-sour and refreshing.
