Shipping policy
Standard Delivery (Mainland UK)
Shrine To The Vine offers free nationwide delivery to most of the mainland UK on orders over £200. For orders under £200, we charge £10.95 per address.
We aim for orders placed before 2pm on Monday-Friday to be collected by courier on the same day. Orders are despatched via courier (usually DPD) on a next-day service where possible, but please note that deliveries can take up to 3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend/bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
Our courier will contact you with a one-hour delivery window by text or email, which can be tracked on a real-time map. If required, your order can be rescheduled, delivered to a neighbour, or left in a specified safe place.

Delivery Outside Mainland UK
Delivery outside of the mainland UK can take longer and costs more:

Same-day Delivery (central London)
Shrine To The Vine offers same-day delivery to most of the central London area (WC1 / WC2 / W1 / SW1 / SE1 / EC1 / EC2 / EC3 / EC4 / N1 / NW1 / E1 / NC1) for £24.95. Same-day delivery is available between 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday via Evermile. Deliveries are usually made within 2 hours where possible. Signatures & proof of age
All deliveries require a signature. Deliveries asked to be left without a signature are at the customer’s risk. We refuse to sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and we and our couriers reserve the right to ask for a form of ID or to not deliver the goods if unsure about the recipient’s age.
Collection
Orders can be collected from Shrine To The Vine, 48 Lamb’s Conduit St, during our opening hours (10am-8pm, Monday-Saturday). We will email you once your order is ready for collection, which is usually the same day. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders not collected within 30 days and return any items to stock.
Damaged or missing orders
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible on 0207 183 4380 or via shop@shrinetothevine.co.uk if there are any discrepancies or problems with your order.
Returns
We're happy to take back any bottles that are still in perfect condition up to 30 days from delivery. Please get in touch with us via shop@shrinetothevine.co.uk to start the returns process. All charges will be refunded upon our receipt of the goods in their original condition of sale, minus any return delivery costs incurred. Risk remains with the buyer until the wines are delivered to Shrine To The Vine.
