At the Southwold blind tasting — the annual assessment of ten-year-old Bordeaux vintages, and one our co-founder Mark Andrew has long been part of — the great wines of 2016 were lined up: First Growths, Super Seconds, the established elite.

By the end of the tasting, one wine had outperformed the vast majority.
