Vino pH Piekenierskloof Palomino 2020

Made from a single vineyard planted in 1976 to Palomino (a variety almost unheard of as a premium dry white in South Africa) this wine is a rare find. With a hint of skin contact, it is fermented with wild yeasts and aged in neutral oak for 12 months, before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. A vibrant white with a subtle texture, saline freshness, and remarkable old vine depth.
