Sant Armettu Rouge 'Rosumarinu' 2022

The heady, fruit-floral perfume of ‘Rosumarinu’ instantly transports us to the rugged, terraced vineyards of Sant Armettu in south-west of Corsica. Made from Sciaccarellu – one of the island’s most important native red varieties and planted here by Paul Seroin more than 40 years ago – it is elegant and velvet-soft, and evokes mind-bending, ripe Burgundian Pinot Noir infused with fresh herbs. You could drink with a light chill in the warmer months or at closer to room temperature with heartier food.
