Domaine Roulot is one of the greats of white Burgundy. From his exceptional-value Bourgogne Blanc to high-definition, single-vineyard Meursaults, Jean-Marc Roulot’s wines have achieved legendary status.
 
After the difficulties Burgundy faced in 2021, Jean-Marc was relieved that well-timed rains at the end of June 2022 moderated the warm temperatures and resulted in a healthy-sized crop of beautifully ripe fruit at harvest.

Roulot continues to push the quality in the cellar: as has been the case for several years, Jean-Marc is using less new oak and has also introduced ceramic vessels for ageing, in search of more purity and balance in his wines.
 
Although the vintage is impressing critics with its accessibility and charm, Jean-Marc tells us that – if you can resist drinking them now – his 2022s will show their brilliance 10 years from release.
