Founded in the 1700s, Koehler-Ruprecht not only built a reputation for quality dry Rieslings in Kallstadt long before the style found popularity, but practically invented the Spätlese and Auslese trocken designations. Nowadays its ‘R’ and ‘RR’ wines are among the most complex and ageworthy dry whites in Germany. Head winemaker Dominik Sona will guide us through the domaine’s Rieslings, including rare bottles from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
