Founded by Roussillon winemaking legend Gerard Gauby and his UK importers Richards Walford, what sets Le Soula apart is altitude, biodynamics, and old vines. The 2008 red is a blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache Noir. It has matured into a beautifully balanced, multi-layered wine.
