Cousin of Fleurie’s Jean-Louis Dutraive, Rémi Dufaitre has worked the slopes around Saint-Etienne des Ouillières on the border of Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly since 2006. Mentored by his neighbour Jean Foillard, Rémi’s wines are firm favourites in Paris’ natural wine scene. With wild strawberry and herbal lift, his Nouveau is total refreshment!
