Romain Roche farms 22 hectares in Cairanne (in the northern part of Vaucluse). The vines are spread across different soil types, farming is strictly organic and harvesting all done by hand. His Côtes-du-Rhône is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan that is fresh, supple and very, very drinkable.
