The Clos Naudin estate (founded five years before Huet’s – their neighbours) is run by Vincent Foreau, who took over from his father Philippe in 2016. Sourced from 10ha of old, organic vineyards and made with little intervention, Foreau’s wines – particularly the demi-sec ¬– are pure and crystalline, and capable of evolving great complexity, as here.
