Vaccelli Rosé 2021

A small family winery responsible for leading Corsica’s viticultural renaissance since the 1960s, Alain Courrèges and his son, Gérard, have established Domaine de Vaccelli as the name to watch on the island.

From 30-year-old Sciaccarellu vines planted on sandy granitic soils in Cognocoli-Monticchi, Vaccelli's rosé is fragrant and ethereal, yet shows a concentration of floral and berry notes, alongside apricot and stony minerality

Joining the likes of López de Heredia's cult Tondonia Rosado, along with rosés from other top-tier domaines from Bandol to Tavel, Abruzzo and Macedonia, Vaccelli's classy and gastronomic rosé is one to drink over the next 10+ years – whether the sun is shining or not.
