Guillaume d’Angerville has created one of the Jura’s foremost estates: Domaine du Pélican combines the winemaking experience of a great Burgundian dynasty with terroirs acquired from a rollcall of Jura legends, including Jean-Marc Brignot, Robert Aviet, and Jacques Puffeney.

Overseen by François Duvivier, Guillaume’s long-time estate manager at Marquis d’Angerville, biodynamic farming and a lightness of touch in the winery results in thrilling, elegant wines that Guillaume wants to be “drunk, not tasted”.
