Koehler-Ruprecht Riesling Spätlese Trocken 'Kallstadter Saumagen' 2018

Founded in the 1700s, Koehler-Ruprecht built a reputation for pioneering Spätlese and Auslese trocken Rieslings, making Grosses Gewächs (Grand Cru) style wines long before the term was conceived. As with all Koehler-Ruprechet’s wines, the bone-dry Spätlese Trocken is made using traditional techniques and aged in large barrels, the 2018 delivering quince and fresh ginger streaked with chalky minerality.
