Gimme Some Skin: The Story of Orange Wine

In just a few years, orange wine has gone from obscure curiosity (“so… it’s made of oranges?”) to the unofficial fourth colour of wine. But beneath the buzz lies one of the world’s oldest winemaking techniques, dating back thousands of years. At this tasting, Caves de Pyrene’s oracle of natural wine, Doug Wregg – one of our all-time favourite people in wine – will guide us through orange wine’s rich and ancient story, with bottles from some of the style’s most iconic producers in Georgia, Lebanon, Italy and beyond.
