Husband and wife team Filipa Pato and William Wouters craft superb artisanal wines from Bairrada’s limestone vineyards. Working exclusively with native Portuguese varieties, and intervening as little as possible in the winery, their stated mission is to make ‘wines without makeup’ from exceptional, biodynamically farmed fruit. These are among the most exciting handcrafted wines in the country, made by true vignerons. We're delighted to be welcoming Filipa and William to Shrine To The Vine for a tasting of this fascinating range.
