The Geoffray family’s steep, organically farmed slopes in the Côte de Brouilly and old-school approach to winemaking has cemented this as one of Beaujolais’ great terroirs and Château Thivin as one of its most important producers. Sonja Geoffray will guide us through a selection of Thivin’s floral-and-mineral-edged Gamays, including mature vintages from her cellar.
