Théo Dancer is a leader among Burgundy’s new generation of top winemakers, producing critically-acclaimed, sought-after wines under three different labels. He has taken the reins at Domaine Vincent Dancer, his father’s famously perfectionist Chassagne-Montrachet estate, and is applying the same quality standards to his two other projects. ‘Roc Breïa’ is an ambitious new project making beautifully pure and transparent wines from Mâconnais fruit, while his ‘Théo Dancer’ label is a micro-négoce project working with rarer grape varieties, bought in from trusted organic growers.
