But then there's young, fiercely anti-establishment winemaker Arianna Occhipinti, determined to prove that there's more. A blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato, this combines the dark, plummy, savoury notes of the former with the latter's lightness of touch. A fresh, chill-able red.
