Litaud has five hectares of old, biodynamically farmed vines in top Mâconnais vineyards, including some of Pouilly-Fuissé's long-awaited 1er Crus. She trained with Jura legend JF Ganevat, and makes her wines with gentle pressing and extended élevage in old barrels. They have a balance between generosity and restraint that’s the hallmark of only the best white Burgundy.
