With a new generation of vignerons recovering Sherry’s lost focus on origin with lesser-known native grapes and non-fortified, vintage-specific wines, switched-on drinkers can now find some of Spain’s most exciting whites in Jerez. Noble Rot senior sommelier Ryan Mostert will showcase eight of our favourite unfortified Sherries, including bottles from Equipo Navazos, Cota 45, Muchada-Léclapart, and others.
