What does Austrian winemaker Claus Preisinger have in common with 80s hip hop group N.W.A? A blatent disregard for authority. I'm sure Claus wouldn't mind us saying that he does things a bit differently. Made in his usual experimental, progressive style, 'Kalkundkiesel' - an orange wine without being orange - spends 30 days on skins for texture and grip, and shape-shifts between pear and pithy grapefruit, toasted hazelnuts and smoke.
