Château de Pibarnon sits at the highest point in Bandol, its amphitheatre of organically farmed terraces set amid the pine-covered Télégraphe hilltop. A blend of Mourvèdre and Cinsault, this powerful, mineral-accented rosé combines red berry and herbal notes that more than stand up to the punchy flavours of the local speciality, bouillabaisse.
