Shrine followers know Tommy Grimshaw for ‘Yarn’, the cult English sparkling wine he makes with his old mate, Ali Fraquelli. The rest of the time, Tommy is head winemaker at Langham in Dorset, one of the country's best producers and a long-time favourite of ours. This new, limited release is a zero dosage, 100% Pinot Noir from the 2019 vintage. Made with selected barrels kept apart from the usual blends, it strikes a perfect balance between richness and refreshment. An exceptional English sparkling wine.
