Ameztoi Txakoli de Getaria 2023

The Ameztoi estate can be found at the heart of Basque country; local Hondarabbi grapes are grown on trellises high above the ancient fishing villages below, and the fruit seems to take on an almost briny element from the breezes that blow in off of the Bay of Biscay. Light and crisp with tart green apple and zesty citrus, this is bottled with its residual carbon dioxide to give it its signature, salty spritz.
