Named after René Lamy – brother of Hubert in Saint-Aubin – this 15ha property is now run by Sébastien Caillat and Florence Lamy (also of Chassagne-Montrachet's heralded Domaine Lamy-Caillat). Sébastien has fine-tuned many aspects of the work in the vineyards and the cellar here – farming is now organic, grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentations gentle.
