Little known outside Burgundy, Domaine Michel Mallard has been quietly making delicious wines for generations, and they just keep getting better. With 21 acres of vines on the hill of Corton, as well as in prime vineyards of the surrounding villages, the quality of the fruit is excellent. Michel Mallard (also the winemaker at Vosne-Romanée estate Domaine d'Eugénie) wants his reds to age well, and cellars them for a few years before release.
