Until he finally retired with the 2020 vintage, Bernard Faurie was the ultimate artisan winemaker. Doing almost everything himself by hand, and working in a tiny cellar beneath his house, he lovingly created an exceptional Hermitage from very old family vines. It’s one of the truest expressions of this great Northern Rhône hillside.
