Chin Chin is our much-loved house white at Noble Rot restaurants and has quickly become a cult classic. It’s a bone dry, fruity Vinho Verde from northern Portugal and features a label design from artist Jose Mendez, who also illustrated the covers of Noble Rot magazine, issues 12 and 13, as well as the Shrine to the Vine logo. Farmed sustainably.
