Vaccelli 'Campo di Magna' Blanc 2020

- Inventory on the way
Creeping into line-ups of Jamet, Leroy, and Rayas at baller wine dinners one can only pray to get an invitation to, Vaccelli is following the trajectory of domaines like Lamy-Caillat and Pierre Gonon as a cult producer in the making.
A small family winery responsible for leading Corsica’s viticultural renaissance since the 1960s, Alain Courrèges and his son, Gérard, have established Domaine de Vaccelli as the name to watch on the island – one of France’s most exciting viticultural landscapes today.
Crafted from Vermentinu, Vaccelli’s whites match sumptuous weight with ripe Amalfi lemon notes and pin-sharp mineral definition. Kissed by the Mediterranean climate, its Sciaccarellu reds are generous yet delicate and ethereal – accessible in youth, but built to age gracefully.
From a new parcel, 'Campo di Magna' offers a richly concentrated core of ripe lemon and stony mineral inflections. Shy and tightly coiled in youth, it will blossom with 3-5 years in bottle.
