- Inventory on the way
Nicola Tapon, the 16th generation of her winemaking family in Saint-Émilion, is crafting some of the most unique and age-defying wines on the Right Bank. Working with 22ha of organic vines (some of which date back to 1933), Nicole is best known for her Clairet de Bordeaux – a rare style of deeply coloured, ageworthy rosé. Her 2009 Blanc de Sirène is a blend of all four white grapes used in Bordeaux. Floral and botrytis aromatics give way to a bone-dry, fleshy, gastronomic palate.
