Barely two decades old, Ludwig Bindernagel’s Lulu Vigneron estate is one of the Jura’s most exciting newcomers, producing long-lived, traditional wines of charm and delicacy. Ludwig - former architect and one-time student of natural wine legend Julien Labet - is known for his otherworldly Vin Jaune, aged under flor for 8 years. Powerful and nutty, it has an exceptionally long, saline finish.
