Envínate Lousas 'Vino de Aldea' 2021

Envínate (literally "wine yourself") is a motto that we Rotters are fully committed to. Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente are a collective of four winemakers reviving lost vineyards full of native varieties and replacing the over-extracted, over-oaked styles of yore with freshness and finesse.

From a protected village DO called Doade in Ribeira Sacra, with a mixture of schist, quartz, and gneiss soils. Perfumed with red berries, wild herbs, and spices - not dissimilar to lifted, fresh styles of Loire Valley Cabernet Franc. Structured and elegant.
