Envínate Lousas 'Rosende' 2021

Envínate (literally "wine yourself") is a motto that we Rotters are fully committed to. Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente are a collective of four winemakers reviving lost vineyards full of native varieties and replacing the over-extracted, over-oaked styles of yore with freshness and finesse.

From a single vineyard of 28-to-60-year-old vines in Rosende, with soils reminiscent of the northern Rhône. Aged for 12 months in foudres and 288-litre barrels. Packed with red cherries and wild berries, layered with complex, savoury nuances. Another delight from Envínate.
