Reviving vineyards once farmed by Chauvet, Christophe Pacalet supplements fruit from his domaine with grapes sourced from an array of old sites across Fleurie, Chiroubles, Moulin-à-Vent, Saint-Amour, and Juliénas. A nephew of Marcel Lapierre, Christophe proves that winemaking runs in his blood with his perfumed and crunchy Nouveau.
